Senior Network Engineer — AI Fabric
Join XENON to design and operate the high-performance network fabrics behind Australia’s next generation of AI factories. In this role, you will build the low-latency, lossless connectivity that enables GPU clusters to train and run AI workloads at scale—working hands-on with NVIDIA Cumulus Linux, Spectrum switching, InfiniBand, RoCE/RDMA and modern leaf-spine architectures.
You’ll collaborate closely with compute, storage and reliability teams to deploy new AI infrastructure, optimise GPU-to-GPU traffic and resolve the performance issues that directly affect training throughput. This is an opportunity for an experienced data-centre or HPC network engineer to put their designs into production, work with emerging NVIDIA platforms and help shape a rapidly scaling AI infrastructure capability.

Senior Platform Engineer — GPU & AI Infrastructure
XENON is looking for a Senior Platform Engineer to build and operate the GPU infrastructure platforms that support demanding AI and HPC workloads. You will take ownership across the stack—from Kubernetes and HPC scheduling to GPU node lifecycle, networking fabric, automation and observability—ensuring large-scale, multi-tenant environments remain fast, reliable, secure and cost-efficient.
Working with XENON architects, customers and ML/platform teams, you’ll improve utilisation and scheduling, automate infrastructure through Terraform and Ansible, and lead the response to complex platform incidents. If you have deep experience running distributed systems at scale and want to work directly on modern GPU, NVIDIA, cloud and HPC technologies rather than legacy enterprise IT, this role offers meaningful technical ownership and direct production impact.

Pre-Sales Solution Architect — HPC/AI
As a Pre-Sales Solution Architect, you will help customers turn AI and HPC ambitions into practical, well-designed infrastructure solutions. You’ll work across GPU compute, storage, networking and software platforms, translating customer requirements into AI Factory architectures, technical diagrams, proposals, tenders and validated solution designs.
This is a hands-on, customer-facing role for a technically strong communicator who enjoys connecting technology with real business outcomes. Working alongside XENON’s presales, engineering and technology partner teams, you’ll contribute to solution development, proof-of-concept planning and reusable architecture assets—while building deep expertise in one of the fastest-moving areas of enterprise technology.
